Yay. I've been digging around a lot in this area as part of a research project for my Human Factors Masters (of all things). Lots of the definitive papers that I've been looking at are listed here but I've found some other very interesting ones that I'll post in a couple of days.
Unfortunately many are in ASIST and other journals that need a subscription to access them. This doesn't help our very practitioner-focused community to take on any of those interesting learnings...
